Login Logo of Modern UX is inconsistently displayed

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Login to Modern UX as Administrator.
2. Navigate to Administration -> System Settings. Under Login Logo, upload a new logo file.
3. Logout and validate.
4. We will observe that the logo is present on modern UX login page.
5. Open a new browser or Incognito window and access the same URL.

Expected Results :- User should be presented with the Modern UX login page with new Logo.
Actual Results :- User is presented with the Modern UX login page with default Clarity logo.
