Clarity PPM On Premise
Issue/Introduction
- An upgrade has happened recently to the Clarity application
- Thereafter, some reports do not show data as expected
- The reports do not throw any errors
Resolution
- The data issues could arise due to issues in the DWH:
- The 'Load Data Warehouse' or the 'Load Data Warehouse Access Rights' job failing
- Tables not getting populated fully due to other issues
- If the reports are based on the transactional (also known as Niku or Clarity schema), then data would have to be checked there directly
- Error not being thrown by the reports confirm that its not an issue with the reports themselves, but rather with the underlying data.
