Users may be unable to save any changes on VCO and encounter the error message "Cannot edit Zscaler config when Zscaler is disabled." This typically happens when a customer modifies the Zscaler settings using the API configuration.

Resolution

We need to restore the Zscaler settings to default by contacting the Velocloud support team.
