Inconsistent EMAILS getting generated for clear alerts
Currently have below setting for clear
UIM 23.4 CUx
In this use case setting message counter equals 1 is causing the issue of inconsistent clear EMAIL alerts
Suggestion is to remove the clear severity setting in existing profiles
Create a new profile or profiles to send emails for clear alerts on message arrival or use small overdueage like 5s
You can add filters as required if sending to different email groups
