Sending traces from an on-premise APM 10.8 cluster to DX SAAS

Issue/Introduction

Can we send traces from an on-premise APM 10.8 cluster to DX SAAS? The online guide tells about metrics, alerts and inventory by using the APM OI integration, but there is no information about APM traces.

Resolution

Currently by design, CA APM on-premise 10.8 SP1 cannot send traces to DX SAAS.
This funcationality is not supported with this integration between CA APM on-premise 10.8 SP1 and DX SAAS.
