Issue/Introduction

The Repository import program, DBXPSIN, is receiving the following DB2 error regarding the DBXPCIO package not being found in the DB2 plan:

===> Error in routine DBXPCIO (Call_Msg), called from Stmt_No = 530<<<===
      Return Code IS     0, IO Stmt No is     0, Stmt No is   530, Module is DBXPCIO

 MESSAGE: SQE00805
  PACKAGE NAME  NOT FOUND IN PLAN . REASON:
  'creator'..DBXPCIO.0C4C2E7D07C3C9D6 planname 0 3

Environment

Repository for z/OS Exchange for IMS r7.2

Cause

The DBXPCIO package was bound with a newer DBRM whereas the repository load module contained a older DBXPSIN load module.
Using DB2 Tools or some other means, inspect the contoken for the DBXPCIO package bound for the Repository plan/collid.
The contoken listed in the SQE00805 error, 0C4C2E7D07C3C9D6, correlates with a DBXPSIN load module from 2008.

Resolution

Re-bind the DBXPCIO package with the DBRM that matches the load module currently installed -or- take a backup and then update the repository loadlib with the DBXPSIN load module with the version that matches your DBRM (recommended).

Additional Information

You can browse the 'highlevel.LOADLIB(DBXPSIN)' load module and perform a find on the following string to locate the compiled date for DBXPCIO.

DBXPCIO>>>

For example, the following string contains a date from 2019 which is the most recent copy of the DBXPSIN load module.  This correlates to Repository PTF SO08322
