"Failed to process request" Error appears when trying to configure the ESXi host from the Aria Operations for Logs UI

Issue/Introduction

The error "Failed to process request" appears when trying to configure the ESXi host on the Manage ESXi hosts configuration Page under Integration > vSphere > Edit vCenter Server connection.

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.x

Resolution

The issue can be resolved by checking for empty spaces at the end of the FQDN in the config file.
You can access the config file on the following URL: https://<Ops_for Logs_FQDN>/internal/config

In addition, it should have no space at the end of the VIP FQDN on the Cluster page under Management.
