Delete Investments Job is not removing Attachments associated with the Project

Issue/Introduction

1. Login to Clarity PPM Modern UX where filestore is configured on Disk.
2. Navigate to a Project without any actuals and click on Documents Module.
3. Attach a document to the project.
4. mark the project as closed and inactivate it.
5. Mark the project for Deletion.
6. Run the Delete Investments and Time Periods job.

Expected Results :- The documents associated with the investment are removed.
Actual Results :- The document reference is removed from CLB_DMS_FILES however the actual file still remains on the filesystem.
