Issue/Introduction

Receiving the below security authorization issue while using JVMLIST command.

SECU008E Command not authorized for JVMJOBN jobname

Cause

Resources not defined under JVMJOBN.

Resolution

Process to follow.

1) Issue command SECURITY in sysview and select User Group.
2) Issue command WHERE yourID.This way you will get to know the group where your ID is defined.
3) Select that Group and then select for Resource Section.
4) Do a find on JVMJOBN then select it and you will see jobnames inside it just Put A in access field to allow access to this job.
5) You need to logoff sysview panel to reflect changes.
