cohesity_monitor probe creates duplicate devices in OC Inventory

Issue/Introduction

UIM has several cohesity_monitor probe instances that are working fine but noticed that one instance is generating duplicate devices.

The OC Inventory list the duplicate devices names with IPs, CohesityHost as the Device Type and no probes listed in Monitor By

Environment

cohesity_monitor 1.03

Resolution

This issue is sometimes seen with cohesity_monitor resources login issues. In this scenario the cohesity user did not have all of the permissions and user id had expired. 

1. Resolve the cohesity login issue

2. Delete all duplicate devices
