how to configure UMA opentracing extension

Issue/Introduction

 I found only resource for UMA opentracing extension - OpenTracing Support. There is only information what configure in chapter Configure Your Jaeger-Instrumented Application (UMA) : Set the environment variable as shown:JAEGER_ENDPOINT=http://<apmia-host>:31313/8888 Restart the instrumented application.

But there is no listening port 31313 on apmia-host server.  

Version of UMA gent is 24.3.2...

I tried to find some troubleshooting steps, but steps in the same article below doesn't make sense...
1. Navigate to the <Infrastructure_Agent_Home>/logs directory.
2. Open the IntroscopeAgent.log file.
3. Set the log configuration as shown:
log4j.logger.IntroscopeAgent.OpenTracingService=DEBUG, 
logfile log4j.logger.IntroscopeAgent.OpenTracingService=TRACE#com.wily.util.feedback.Log4JSeverityLevel, logfile 

Resolution

25.1 On-Prem with Open Telemetry support is tentatively due to be released in July.
