ZFS files system is mounted in read only mode

Issue/Introduction

Error message is coming from REST API. 

Caused by: java.io.IOException: EDC5141I Read-only file system.
     at java.io.UnixFileSystem.createFileExclusively(Native Method) ~[na:1.8.0]
     at java.io.File.createNewFile(File.java:1034) ~[na:1.8.0]

Environment

Zowe: all release

Resolution

The ZFS must be  mounted in RD/WR mode because Zowe needs to write logs in the USS path. Otherwise, one  may encounter various errors.

If Read Only access is not permitted on a drive , It is better to have a separate mount point for runtime.
