Error when running Spectrum installer on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7

Issue/Introduction

When trying to install/upgrade to Spectrum 24.3.5 or higher on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 the following error is seen:

]# ./setuplin.exe
./setuplin.exe: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `CXXABI_1.3.8' not found (required by ./setuplin.exe)
./setuplin.exe: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `CXXABI_1.3.9' not found (required by ./setuplin.exe)
./setuplin.exe: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.21' not found (required by ./setuplin.exe)

Environment

Trying to install/upgrade to Spectrum 24.3.5 or higher on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7

Cause

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 is not a supported operating system for any 24.3.x version.
Additionally, as of 24.3.5, Spectrum is built on RHEL 8 and therefore the error is seen. 

Resolution

Upgrade or migrate to a supported operating system.
