Issue/Introduction

Some probes may remain in deactivated state when a new probe package (configuration only) id deployed multiple times

Environment

• DX UIM 24.3.*
• robot_update 23.4.3

Resolution

To resolve this issue, download and deploy the fix located here: SolutionDetails - robot_update 23.4.3.1

Fixed Defects:

Resolved an issue where an already running probe remains in deactivated state when a new package of the probe is deployed in Windows OS.

Steps to apply the patch:

1. Import the given robot_update package to UIM Archive.
2. Deploy the robot_update onto the problematic machine.
3. Check that the probe is activated without any problem.
