In the Aria Automation UI, users are experiencing difficulty with accessing the catalog Items due to long time to load.
The catalog service website often appears to be stuck on a loading screen.

The Catalog service started to implement a new feature called "Show User Name" in vRA-8.17.0 and finished it in vRA-8.18.1,
However, accidentally enabled the feature toggle in vRA8.17.0.
So the solution is to off the "Show User Name" toggle at Infrastructure -> Settings -> "Show User Name", and then give the system 24 hours to respond (to allow scheduled tasks to be complete).
