Rest API / webservices_rest / UIMAPI calls not working after upgrade to DX UIM 23.4 or applying CU: "404 not found"

Issue/Introduction
Since we upgraded to DX UIM 23.4 (or applied a Cumulative Update to 23.4, e.g. 23.4 CU7), none of our Rest Calls and script based on webservices_rest or UIMAPI calls are working.
Calls from POSTMAN return "404 not found"
We have tried both the swagger-ui.html and /swagger-ui/index.html URLs but neither one works.
Environment
DX UIM 23.4.*
Cause
RESTful Web Services are not upgraded automatically on DX UIM upgrade and must be done manually.
Resolution
As mentioned in the upgrade documentation: Upgrade DX UIM Server:
Verify Your RESTful Web Services Requirements
Your DX UIM RESTful web services might require a specific version of DX UIM to function properly. Refer to the RESTful web services documentation in Probes Documentation to see if an update is required for this version of DX UIM.
Steps to upgrade webservices_rest and uimapi to the latest version
Check the DX UIM local archive for 23.4.* version of webservices_rest and uimapi:
If the 23.4.* versions are available in the archive:
- Deploy webservices_rest and/or uimapi to the Operator Console (OC) robot and
- Wait for the wasp to restart, then check if the rest calls are working.
If the 23.4.* versions are not available in the archive:
- Log in to https://support.nimsoft.com
- Go to archive and download the latest uimapi and webservices_rest version.
- Deploy webservices_rest and/or uimapi to the Operator Console (OC) robot and
- Wait for the wasp to restart, then check if the rest calls are working
Additional Information
Note: When Cumulative Updates (CU) are released, we may publish new versions of webservices_rest and uimapi and these may need to be manually deployed. Check the RESTful Web Services Release notes.
