Aria Operations Internet Information Services (IIS) management pack is end-of-life as Microsoft has confirmed it is no longer actively developing or supporting the IIS Administration API:
https://github.com/microsoft/IIS.Administration/issues/305
Microsoft.IIS.Administration was built using .NET Core 2.1, which reached end of life of August 21, 2021. Unfortunately, we've had to make the difficult decision to longer maintain and support Microsoft.IIS.Administration.
To make it easier to transition from Microsoft.IIS.Administration to a supported technology for managing IIS, we will be making one final update to target net6.0. This update is planned for after .NET 6 is released (expected late 2021).
https://github.com/microsoft/IIS.Administration/issues/314
"Microsoft.IIS.Administration has been updated to target net6.0. This is the latest LTS release of .NET, which will be supported and will receive important updates until November 12, 2024. See the .NET Support Policy for additional information. Microsoft.IIS.Administration will continue to be maintained to address critical issues.
Aria Operations IIS management pack is built using the IIS Administration API which is an optional feature which may be installed on IIS servers.

In the future, IIS monitoring will be done via the telegraf plugin. There are no plans for continuing support of the IIS management pack in (VCF/Aria Operations) 9.0 and beyond.
The functionality of this management pack has been moved to the Application and Service Discovery.
Please see the following blog which focuses on monitoring IIS through the telegraf agent.
Other services supported by telegraf can be found here.
Details regarding the configuration of telegraf agents can be found here.
Information related to the types of data collected by the telegraf agent can be found here.
