Issue/Introduction

I have created a custom checkpoint with a custom query that is working fine in the sqlserver probe. Why, when I select the checkpoint in the probe STATUS tab I don't see anything on the right?

Environment

  • DX UIM 23.4.*
  • sqlserver probe any version

Cause

Guidance

Resolution

The status tab only shows something if there is a current alarm associated with the selected checkpoint, whether this is a custom or out of the box checkpoint.

If there are no alarm, the status icon on the left menu will show green and on the right part, it is expected to show nothing / blank page.

If there are "clear" alarms, it will show green status on the left and it will show the clear alarm(s) on the right:

If there are multiple alarms, it will show the higher-level color on the left status, and all the alarms on the right.
