Carbon Black Workload Sensors are getting deregistered following the VDI scheduled inactivity deregistration time interval

Issue/Introduction

Workload devices getting deregistered automatically before the scheduled inactivity time interval.

Environment

Carbon Black Cloud 

Cause

Product Defect causing the Workloads to be deregistered as per the scheduled inactivity time interval for VDI sensors if the inactivity time interval for VDI sensors was less than the inactivity time interval for the Workloads.

Resolution

Please use workaround of adjusting the VDI sensors inactivity time interval to control the automatic deregistration of Workload devices till the Product Defect is fixed.

Additional Information

Product Defect is expected to be fixed in 1.35 release scheduled for 19th March 2025.
