Issue/Introduction

Following alert encountered when creating a new cluster or while expanding a cluster in the Aria Operations for Networks.

Environment

vRealize Network Insight 6.x
Aria Operations for Networks 6.x

Cause

Cluster deployment fails with IP already provisioned error.
This issue can occur if a license is already applied to the new platform node(s) which are yet to be added in a cluster.

Resolution

During the deployment of a new cluster, the license should not be applied to new platform nodes. The license details will be fetched from the existing platform node1 during the cluster creation.

Note: If the new platform node which is yet to be added to the cluster is applied with license then that platform node needs to be redeployed without license and then add to the cluster.
