Issue/Introduction
When attempting to download a backup file from the SMG web interface, the following error is displayed:

Resolution
Step 1: Enable the Support Account
- Use an SSH client (e.g., PuTTY) to connect to the SMG server.
- Run the following command to enable the support account:
Step 2: Transfer the Backup File Manually
- Open WinSCP and connect to the appliance using the support account.
- Navigate to:
/data/backup
- Locate and transfer the required backup file to your local machine.
