Remove a failed vSAN capacity disk from a disk group

Issue/Introduction

Some times when trying to remove a faulty disk from a disk group you might run into issues where a delete disk from a disk group will not work

Resolution

In order to delete a faulty capacity disk from a disk group:

1. Put the host in maintenance mode
2. Unmount the disk group in question
3. Delete the faulty capacity disk
4. Mount the disk group back again
