SDN tunnel (Velocloud plugin) data not available after upgrading VNA

Issue/Introduction

Velocloud plugin is no more retrieving SDN tunnel data after upgrading VNA.

In the OC_ACQUISITION logs (with debug enabled), we can see the following error:

Environment

VNA 23.3.13 to 24.3.6

Cause

Possible corruption of the EdgePeerPathInfoAssociation.groovy file.

Resolution

1- Contact Broadcom Support, to engage engineering and get a fixed version of the groovy file mentioned;

2- Once file is provided, Please replace the file attached in the following paths:

For the existing engines: 

/opt/CA/VNA/collector/<ENGINE_ID>/repository/TIM-INF/groovy/scripts

Note: The <ENGINE_ID> will be your VeloCloud engine folder name

For the engine template:

/opt/CA/VNA/plugins/VeloCloud Plugin/opencollector/repository/TIM-INF/groovy/scripts

NOTE: the fix will be available by default starting in VNA 24.3.7
