Issue/Introduction

When a user attempts to create a new Zscaler CSS and specifies an FQDN for the Primary or Secondary Server, an error is generated, preventing the creation of the CSS.

Environment

VeloCloud SD-WAN Orchestrator 6.1.0.0 or later

Resolution

The error message displayed on the screen, "cloud name is required when L7 health check is enabled" appears, but the actual issue is that the server is set using an FQDN. There is a known issue with the input validation in VCO versions 6.1.0.0 and later, which prevents FQDNs from being accepted.

The workaround for this issue is to configure the server using an IP address instead of an FQDN.

Additional Information

We are aware of this issue and plan to address it in a future release.
