Issue/Introduction

Receiving the following on the systems for 1 business unit about a profile not existing.  But this does not happen on any of the other 100+ implementations.

What is the ACEE.REFRESH used for and what are the requirements?

Define missing RACF permissions

1. TAM.REFRESH
   Gives permission to issue TAMR REFRESH command to refresh RACF DB changes for TAMz records into the internal TAMz database. For example, changes were made to a class record and must be hardened for use:
   TAMR REFRESH(CLASS)
2. TAMROPTS.TAM.ACEE.REFRESH
   Define CATAM resource TAMROPTS.TAM.ACEE.REFRESH with read permission:
   ADDSD 'TAMROPTS.TAM.ACEE.REFRESH' UACC(READ) GENERIC
