Recipients filter doesn't work on the report scheduled job dialog

Issue/Introduction

When trying to select recipients on the report Scheduled Job, the recipients filter doesn't work. For example, selecting the User as the Column and putting a user name as the Value and clicking the magnifying glass icon doesn't show the user name in the recipients list box.

 

Environment

PAM 4.1.x, 4.2

Cause

This is a known issue which is addressed in hotfix 4.2.1.02

Resolution

Upgrade to 4.2.1 and and then apply hotfix 4.2.1.02
