Network Overview tab in VCO not displaying links in Disconnected state for an SD-WAN Edge

Issue/Introduction

While checking an SD-WAN Edge with a disconnected/down link via Network Overview tab in VCO, an Enterprise administrator may notice the VCO will not show this link and it may appear as if this link is not even present in the Edge

Cause

This is expected behavior. By default, the VCO will display Links in Disconnected/Down state in the Network Overview tab for only 24 hours, and after that time the VCO will no longer display any information about that Link 

Resolution

For Enterprises requiring additional time, there is a setting called "Edge Link Down Limit" that can be used to change this value. The instructions are listed below:

From the top menu:

1. Click Service Settings
2. From the left menu, click Edge Management
3. Go to the General Edge Settings
4. In the "Edge Link Down Limit" field, Enter a value in the range 1 to 365. The default value is 1
