Upgrade Planner shows no path to upgrade for Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction

Using Aria Lifecycle Manager, you are unable to create an upgrade planner for Aria Operations as there are no options available even though an upgrade is available. 

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.1.

Cause

Aria Lifecycle Manager will need to have PSPack 5 installed. There is no way to upgrade Aria Operations without the pspak5.

Resolution

1. Download the pspak5 from the Support Portal.

2. Upload the pak to the /tmp directory on Aria Lifecycle Manager.

3. In Lifecycle Manager, navigate to Settings > binary settings.

4. Notate /tmp as the area you would like to scan. 

5. Upgrade Aria Operations using the environment link on the left.
