Issue/Introduction

Flat file adapter connection creation is failing in SaaS

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a Connection with SFTP  for flat file adapter in SaaS.
2. Enter in a host name or ip and try to save

Actual Results: The validation fails with just hostname

Expected Results: Validation should pass and connection to be saved.

DE166273 is fixed in 3.8 and backported to 3.7.1 (Patch 2)
