The ESXi host Summary tab reflects a persistent alarm: "Status of other host hardware objects". This alarm often remains in a "Triggered" state even after the underlying transient hardware event has cleared.

Stale CIM (Common Information Model) data or unacknowledged legacy hardware events persisting in the vCenter Server database.
Validate Hardware Status:
Log in to the vSphere Client.
Navigate to the Host > Monitor tab > Hardware Health.
Select Alerts and Warnings to confirm if any active hardware faults (e.g., Power Supply, Fan, Temperature) are currently reported by the sensors.
Clear the Alarm State:
Navigate to the Host > Monitor tab > Triggered Alarms.
Locate the "Status of other host hardware objects" alarm.
Right-click the alarm and select Reset to Green.
Refresh System Management (CIM) Sensors:
If the alarm persists or immediately returns to a "Red" state despite no visible errors in the Hardware Health tab:
Navigate to Monitor > Hardware Health.
Click Reset Sensors to clear the internal cache.
Click Update to re-poll the hardware status.
Verify Hardware via Out-of-Band Management:
If the alarm re-triggers, log in to the physical server's management interface (e.g., iDRAC, iLO, BMC) to verify if there are actual physical hardware failures or pending firmware updates required for sensor compatibility.
