Issue/Introduction

We have disabled the thresholds for predictive alarms but they are still generated.

Resolution

For capacity predictive alarms, you can do the following:

1. Verify the type of alarm -- go to the Overview tab of the alarm -> Show Raw JSON -> check for property "predictionCategory"

2. Disable the alarm --If that's the case, then disable the capacity alarms -> Predictions -> Capacity -> 3 dot menu on the right top -> Configure Services -> Disable "Enable Metric Alarms" toggle -> Save
