Issue/Introduction

Unable to Deregister old/stale endpoint record that is in "Inactive" status from the web console via Inventory "Take Action > Uninstall Sensor"

Environment

  • Carbon Black Cloud Console

Resolution

  1. Generate a HAR Capture of the uninstall attempt.
  2. Log a Support ticket and include your org_id and device_id impacted

Additional Information

No errors are seen in console, but after refreshing the page, endpoint remains
