Issue/Introduction

After upgrading APM from version 10.7 to version 10.8 SP1, an EPAgent version 9.1 lost communication with the MOM and Collectors; we are also observing loss of historical records with the information delivered by the EPAgent, so much so that it is not possible to mount said agent. 

Since version 10.8 of APM no longer offers an EPAgent, please provide us with the latest version of EPAgent available

Resolution

The EPAgent is now inside the Infrastructure Agent.  You can download the 10.8 SP1 version of this from the support site.

Both our SaaS Agents and 10.8 Agents are now the same code base.  So the documentation for both are the same and listed under SaaS.
