When you create a project from template in MUX, if no fiscal time periods exist to fulfill the target cost plan creation, you get the following misleading warning:
Cost plans were not copied because the entity on the source investment is different from the entity on the target investment.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a project with start date in 2015
2. Enable the project financially
3. Create a monthly cost plan that starts in January 2025
4. Set the project as template
5. As per the template dates given, you would need fiscal time periods at least for 2035 in order to realize the target project cost plan. This is because the target project start would be pushed to 2025 and conseuqently the cost plan start to 2035
6. Look at Classic > Admin > Finance > Setup > Entities > Fiscal time periods
7. Ensure there is no enough periods to realize the cost plan
8. In Classic PPM > Projects > Click new from Template > select the above created template > Save
9. You get the following alert: Cost plans not copied because active fiscal periods could not be found for one or more start periods or end periods
10. Go to MUX > Projects > Click new from Template > select the above created template > Save
11. Notice you get a warning regarding cost plans
Expected Results: Warning to read: Cost plans not copied because active fiscal periods could not be found for one or more start periods or end periods
Actual Results: Toast message states: Cost plans were not copied because the entity on the source investment is different from the entity on the target investment.
