Error in Javelin 4.11.0.73 "Could not load file or assembly"

Issue/Introduction

After installing Javelin 4.11.0.73, which contains support for PostgreSQL, we are seeing the following exception:

Exception occurred executing query: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe, Version=4.0.4.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=xxxxxxxx' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Environment

Javelin 4.11.0.73

Resolution

To resolve this issue, uninstall the Javelin component completely and install again using the 4.11.0.73 exe file.
