We have noticed that during fault tolerance failover, that when our Secondary SpectroSERVER is active, we are no longer able to connect to our devices in the Secure Domain Connector (SDC) through SSH or telnet.
When we open a telnet / SSH window in OneClick, we enter the correct username and password and it immediately disconnects with the error message "ÂȘUnable to SSH to the device. Please check the device to make sure SSH is configured and running properly".

SSH / Telnet to devices through an SDC
Telnetd service is still running on the Primary, and this causes the SSH / Telnet connect to try and route through the Primary SS which is down.
When the Primary SS is down, you will also need to bring down telnetd process. This can be accomplished either by using cmdC or by stopping processd if the OneClick server is on a different server then the SpectroSERVER.
KB article on how to use cmdC to stop Spectrum processes under processd.
