Question about installing ESP PTF LU14988

Issue/Introduction

Looking at installing fix LU14988, the fix states that all ESP tasks must be down in the ESP PLEX because of control block updates. Is this a requirement? 

Environment

ESP Workload Automation 12.0 - z/OS supported releases - 

Resolution

Unfortunately YES, this fix needs to recycle all the ESP tasks, because internal data structures in the code have been changed. 

All Proxies and then Master should be stopped and then restarted in reverse order.
