VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle stuck on booting up after applying cumulative update.

Issue/Introduction

VRSLCM (VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle) is stuck on the start-up screen in the UI. The VM appears to have booted up okay, and we can SSH to the VM, but the UI is just showing stuck on 'Booting up VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle Services'. 

General system check does not show any issues, like:

- appliance disk space

- database usage

- access to VIDM 

- vpostgres service status 

- systemctl status vrlcm-server

VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle 8.X

Cause

What we found is that the appliance reboot script did not after apply cumulative update.

Resolution

Running the 99-reboot-va script resolve the issue.
