Customers can observe that the QoE score is low and could show either fair or critical.
Environment with overlay tunnels.
Issue could be either jitter , latency or losses on the path between the edge and the primary gateway which is what is recorded on the QoE tab.
1) Confirm which parameter is showing low QoE by hovering around the QoE graph in the QoE tab.
2) You can confirm the percentages of the drops/jitter/latency by going to remote diagnostics--->List paths and filter by gateway, that should show you the path status and the current jitter/latency/drops.
3) Report the link to the carrier for them to check the path and clear everything from their side, they will need to provide proof that they do not see latency/jitter/drops from their side.
4) If the carrier does not find anything on their end, please log a case with Broadcom support to further check.
