NetworkView Tab on VCO showing Link status of down and up in delay

Issue/Introduction

Network overview tab is not showing Link status of up and down instantly  when it goes down with Auto-refresh enabled.

 

 

Environment

All Velocloud SDWAN versions

Resolution

Auto-fresh triggers enterprise/getEnterpriseEdgeList  API with filters ["recentLinks","site","ha","clientConnector","isSoftwareVersionSupportedByVco","secureDeviceSecrets"]

"recentLinks" doesn't get updated instantly when link is down or link is up.  It follows system property  which is set as 10.5 mins. Hence it will take 10.5 minutes for the chart on network view tab to get updated.

 

Also, The VCO network overview tab of links will stop showing that as active link if link is down for 24 hours. This follows the system property of VCO as well.
