Under what conditions are Spectrum Chassis Manager Alarms Generated?

Environment

Spectrum 23.3.x, 24.3.x

Resolution

• Chassis Manager modules are using the Entity MIB.   Spectrum is not polling these modules.    The Entity MIB only refreshes when ifStackLastChange is updated which will trigger Spectrum to run a device re-configuration.
• You can also consult with device vendor to see what trap based alarming options can be used with respect to Modules.
