Issue/Introduction

With DLP agent running Copy from one application and Paste in another application are slower than expected with large amounts of text.

For e.g. If a user copies text from a 10 mb text file to a blank excel file, excel stops responding for some time and pasting could take more than 5 minutes to complete.
