Issue/Introduction

Estimated monthly spend mainly consists of Saving plan commitment and remaining On-demand spend.

Resolution

Estimated monthly spend just includes the Saving plan (which is recommended) plus the remaining on-demand spend which will not be covered, however it does not include EC RI's and spot instances.
