Creating Alert Definition Causes UI to Freeze in Aria Operations 8.18.x

Issue/Introduction
Navigate to alert definition, create new alert, select "Object type", click next.
Issues:
- Next button is not taking you to the next page of alert definition
- Clicking on Advanced Settings shows overlay
- Cancelling alert definition creation and trying to add again, shows white page (also if you navigate to other page and come back to Configurations, again white page)

Cause
This is an issue with the javascript.
Resolution
This issue was resolved in the Hotfix 4 which can be downloaded here:
