Issue/Introduction

A particular user(s) is unable to invoke the Repository for z/OS clist.  The following abend is returned:

LE COND CODE=IBM0421S / EXPECTED COMP CODE=U4038
IRX0251E User abend code 4038, reason code 00000001.
IRX0255E Abend in host command ISPEXEC or address environment routine TSO.

IBM0421S ONCODE=520 The SUBSCRIPTRANGE condition was raised. 

Other users are able to invoke the clist without any problems.   

Resolution

The impacted user was able to invoke the clist without any error after changing the screen size in their emulator software.
