Issue/Introduction
In vCenter, clusters consist of multiple servers with exact identical hardware.
Cluster EVC mode and Per-VM EVC mode are not enabled or configured.
Environment
VMware vSphere ESXi 7.x
Resolution
if EVC is not configured, the features are the ones presented by Hardware.
