NSX-T Upgrade from SDDC manager 5.2 stays in pending state.

Issue/Introduction

1. NSX-T Upgrade from SDDC manager sitting in 'PENDING' state after successfully completing the 'NSX_UPGRADE_STAGE_CLUSTER_PRECHECK'.
2. NSX shows PENDING Upgrade to version 4.2 in the UI below:  

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 5.2

Cause

By design, the NSX upgrade process requires scheduling and selecting "Upgrade now" for it to proceed.

Resolution

1. A pending task appears when you run the precheck. However, even after the precheck succeeds, you still need to schedule the upgrade.
2. To proceed with the NSX upgrade, manually schedule it and explicitly select "Update Now."
3. Click 'schedule Update'.
   
4. On the next screen select 'Upgrade Now'.
