Deleting Time Periods Deletes Actuals but not WIP

Issue/Introduction
When selecting time periods to be deleted, all related time entries and actuals will be removed from the projects, however, WIP transactions will not be deleted.
Environment
Clarity all releases.
Resolution
You will have a mismatch between WIP and assignment actuals.
Reversing/adjusting the WIP entries could have a negative impact on the assignments and is not recommended without review as these become negative transactions to import back to the assignment.
