Customer ER: Allow Better Copy of APM and OI Elements to DX Dashboards

Issue/Introduction

Making it easier for customers to take APM and OI Elements and add them to dashboards would be very helpful.

1. From any metric: right click menu: Allow copying Source Name and Attribute Name specifiers as REGEX for quick use in a dashboard metric query -- many mistakes are made.

2. From any metric: right click menu: Allow copying a pre-populated dashboard panel that can be pasted into a dashboard.

From Management Module/Metric Grouping

1. Add icon to copy metric grouping (mg) as a panel for pasting to DX Dashboard with management module OR mg agent specifier if used, and metric group metric resource as regex.  -- add a tag for the metric grouping id, so that changes can be synced by some automation.

From ManagementModule/Alerts

1. Add icon to copy alert as a panel with same mechanics as metric grouping, but also automatically setting the thresholds in the panel -- add a tag for the alert id so that changes can be synced by some automation.
