Issue/Introduction

A UIM database issue was encountered where the database transaction log was full that was remediated by the SQL dba. Since then, some profiles remain in Pending status and never go to Active

1. The configuration_reader_service.log captures error below over and over

Reader service still loading, cannot serve robots

2. The mon_config_service.log captures a database connection error

Environment

DX UIM 23.4 CU1

configuration_reader_service 23.4.1

mon_config_service 23.4.2

Resolution

1. Deactivate/Activate the mon_config_service probe on the Primary Hub and check the mon_config_service.log

2. Deactivate/Activate the configuration_reader_service probe on all hubs and check the configuration_reader_service.log
